In the afternoon, a strategy meeting with the management is on the agenda, where you present the results of a recent analysis. The aim is to reduce costs without jeopardizing the quality of care. In the evening, you will prepare the planning for a new department specializing in telemedicine. Here you will work closely with IT experts to combine the technical requirements with the medical objectives.
