Integrating diverse perspectives and experiences into university life is important to us. MBS members who need advice regarding racial discrimination or other discrimination issues can contact our DEI Commissioner at any time.
At MBS, we live diversity and have anchored it deeply in our values. We celebrate our differences and appreciate various perspectives and experiences as the building blocks of innovation and success. We view diversity as a cross-cutting task that affects all areas of Munich Business School: from equal participation in studies, teaching and research, to administration and campus life.
Despite all efforts, the evaluation of human differences — in our appearance, abilities, or social background — remains structurally entrenched and omnipresent in everyday life. That is why Munich Business School has a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) Commissioner.
Students, faculty, and staff who have experienced discrimination or have questions about participation and equality can contact the DEI Commissioner confidentially at any time.
