 Arnaud d' Hubert


Arnaud is the UK Lead of BearingPoint Capital, the M&A advisory arm of BearingPoint, a privately-owned management consultancy with offices across Europe, North America and South-East Asia.

For 3 years prior to joining BearingPoint Capital, Arnaud was a Director with Gartner and EMEA lead of their Market Strategy and Transaction Services practice.

His consulting experience spans private equity advisory work (product/commercial due diligence, vendor assist, customer and market intelligence) as well as corporate  strategy/M&A advisory (Day-1 readiness, business planning, market opportunity assessment and go-to-market strategy, business transformation, sales and marketing capability-building)

Since his first role with Altran (now Capgemini) in 2008, Arnaud has thrived on advising owners and management teams of technology businesses on their future-defining growth initiatives, for instance by supporting private equity investors as due diligence and operating advisor (including a 1-year stint as interim CEO), turning around underperforming portfolio companies, building new products or improving their B2B sales capability.

Arnaud holds an MBA from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and an MA in Philosophy from the Université de la Sorbonne. He also completed the Strategic Marketing Programme at INSEAD as well as other executive education programmes, including ”Internet of Things, Roadmap to a Connected World” (MIT), “Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen” and “Leading with Finance” (Harvard Business School)
