Daniel Funk

Daniel Funk is a lecturer for International Finance and Corporate Finance at Munich Business School. His area of expertise lies in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. He completed his studies with a Master of Science from the University of Mannheim.

He is the founder and managing partner of CVT Partner. The partner-led advisory firm supports entrepreneurs and investors through M&A transactions, with a particular focus on due diligence, business valuation, and financing. Before this, Daniel worked for an international buy-and-build investor as well as at EY in audit and transaction advisory services.

In both consulting and teaching, he combines the analytical precision gained in auditing with the perspective of an investor and the execution mindset of an entrepreneur. He aims to distill complex financial matters down to their essentials and derive clear, actionable decisions from them.
