Michael Bals completed his studies in business administration with an IT focus at the FH Salzburg. During his studies he was allowed to visit several international universities in China and Sweden.
He then spent several years working internationally as a management consultant in project and process management for energy suppliers and banks. Since 2012, Michael Bals has been working for Wacker Neuson in various areas. His expertise ranges from project (classic and agile) and process management to strategy and digitalization. He has been working with MBS since 2021.
