Corporate scandals are not uncommon. But what drives people to seek power—and does power change those who attain it? In this trial lecture, we will examine this classic question from the perspective of organizational behavior. We will explore both individual motivations for power and the structures and dynamics within organizations that determine who gains power and how it is exercised.

Following the lecture, Felix Ewald will moderate a Q&A session and answer your questions about the degree programs and the admissions process.
