Location and connection

The apartments are located in the south of Munich - perfectly connected and ideal for MBS students. There are U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations right outside the door; you can reach the campus in just 20 minutes on the U5.

Supermarkets, cafés, gyms and parks are all within walking distance - and many of them are even right in the building. So you live centrally, flexibly and in the heart of Munich city life.

You have two options of apartment types to choose from.

Studio

1 Person

Single apartment for sole use. Ideal if you value peace and independence.

Fully equipped kitchenette—with or without a dishwasher, depending on the apartment—as well as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso machine, and kettle

Cozy living and sleeping area with mattress (140 × 200 cm or 160 × 200 cm), coffee table, armchair, wardrobe, and safe (balcony available at an additional cost)

Rent

€1,200 per month for a rental period of 6 months

Duplex

1-2 People

Apartment for one to two people. Also, ideal for sharing the living space if you would like to live with other MBS students.

Even in a shared apartment, if you choose this option, you don't have to sacrifice comfort. The facilities offer everything you need for a pleasant stay:

Two separate beds (each 90 × 200 cm), coffee table, armchair, wardrobe, and safe
Fully equipped kitchenette – with or without dishwasher – as well as refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso machine, and kettle
Modern bathroom with barrier-free shower and toiletries from St. Charles Apothecary
High-speed Wi-Fi, Chromecast, Bluetooth radio, hairdryer, towels, and bed linen included
NFC charging station for convenient wireless charging of your devices
Living and sleeping on two levels (balcony can be booked for an additional charge)

Rent (per person)

For sole use:
- €1,400 per month for a rental period of 6 months
- €1,550 per month for a rental period of 3 months
For shared use:
- €700 per month for a rental period of 6 months
- €775 per month for a rental period of 3 months
- With balcony +€150 per month per apartment

Living together – but with options

If you choose a shared room apartment, you will share a kitchen and bathroom with a roommate. Of course, it's important that you get along well. To help you choose your roommate, there is a dedicated WhatsApp channel where you can network and coordinate with other MBS students. Munich Business School is not involved in room allocation or placement. You are responsible for choosing your roommate yourself via the channel mentioned above. This way, you remain in control and, in the best case scenario, you will not only find accommodation but also a suitable roommate.

How do I book with revo?

Booking is done directly through the Revo portal – straightforward and without any detours. The exclusive MBS conditions apply automatically. You simply need to ensure that you are enrolled at MBS at the time of booking – proof of enrollment may be requested by revo.

Looking for a roommate?

Find your roommate in the revo WhatsApp group! Once you've found each other, it's straightforward: Decide who will be the main tenant. The main tenant books the apartment and pays the rent directly to revo – the subtenant transfers their share to the main tenant.

Contractual partner & conditions

The apartments are provided by our exclusive partner revo Munich Apartments. The tenancy agreement is concluded solely between you and revo Munich GmbH – Munich Business School is not a contracting party. Rental under the agreed conditions is available exclusively to enrolled students of Munich Business School. All contract terms, durations and prices are subject to availability and are agreed directly with revo.

Notice regarding the restructuring process

We would like to inform you that revo Munich is currently undergoing a restructuring process. Day-to-day operations are running smoothly and without any restrictions – students are currently reporting no issues in their daily lives. As there have been isolated cases of delays in deposit refunds in the past, the process has been adjusted: as of 1 April 2026, no deposit is required for new bookings. The measures that have been put in place give very good reason to expect a swift stabilisation and long-term continuation of operations. Further information can be found in the attached document.
