Program Overview

The MBS Alumni Mentoring Program is designed to create meaningful mentor-mentee relationships that support students in their professional and personal development. We facilitate both in-person mentoring connections for students and alumni in Munich and virtual matches for mentors outside of Munich, ensuring that all participants have access to valuable mentorship, no matter their location.

Structured Yet Flexible Mentorship

Das Programm bietet zwar einen klaren Rahmen - mit einer Auftaktveranstaltung, einem Check-In zur Programmhalbzeit und einer Online-Abschlussveranstaltung - doch der wahre Wert liegt in der Eigeninitiative der Studierenden. Jede Mentorenschaft ist einzigartig, geprägt von den Zielen, die sich der Mentee setzt, und der Beziehung, die er zu seinem Mentor aufbaut.

Kick-Off Event (October/November): An interactive session where mentor-mentee pairs meet, establish expectations, and begin setting goals for their mentorship journey.
Mid-Program Check-In: A structured touchpoint for students and mentors to reflect on progress and refine mentorship objectives.
Online Closing Event (July): A virtual gathering where participants share insights, reflect on their experiences, and receive their mentorship certificates.
