Kathrin Vallund , Dipl.-Betriebswirtin (FH)

Kathrin Vallund is an expert in leadership and personnel development. After studying business administration, she spent 15 years working for international corporations, where she was responsible for a wide range of global tasks in the field of human resources. She not only brings her experience as an HR business partner, organizational and leadership developer, HR strategy consultant, and HR director to her practice-oriented teaching, but since 2018 she has also been supporting companies with her systemic boutique consulting firm Kathrin Vallund – People & Culture Consulting on topics related to organizational and leadership development.  

She has also been part of the Munich Business School team since 2018. She is jointly responsible for the development of the MBA program and, since 2020, for the strategy development of Executive Education. Our MBA students benefit from her broad, cross-industry expertise and wealth of experience, as well as from 10 years of international experience living and working in Canada, Spain, New Zealand, Denmark, and Austria.

Kathrin Vallund is a lecturer in leadership and personnel development. She also heads the MBA Coaching Pool at MBS.
