In order to be admitted to a study program at Munich Business School, you must fulfill academic, linguistic, and professional requirements. The required application documents may be submitted at any time. However, due to the limited number of spots in the program, we recommend you to commit yourself to a specific application round. One thing always applies: the earlier you submit your application, the more likely it is that you will be admitted to the next program start.

You should have successfully completed a first academic degree in any discipline with a German GPA of minimum 2.5 (US system: 3.0/4.0 or better).
You should have gathered minimum two years of professional work experience after graduation. Under certain conditions however, you may be admitted with less experience depending on your past achievements. Please contact the MBA Program Advisor for further information.
You should have managerial and leadership potential, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills as well as a high degree of maturity and motivation. Furthermore, you should be able to contribute to class learning in the program and show evidence that the MBA will add value to an already successful career.

Optional Supporting Materials
You are welcome to supply any additional information that you believe will strengthen your application. Similarly, Munich Business School reserves the right to request any additional information that the Selection Committee believes will assist its admission decision.
MBS accepts applications on a rolling basis. However, for practical reasons, each application period is divided into several application rounds. Your chance to be admitted increases the earlier you apply.
The interview will last approximately 45-60 minutes and is intended to help both you as well as MBS determine whether your profile matches the study program and the course group being formed. Of course, this interview will also present you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
All applicants from Germany or close enough to travel must attend the personal interview at Munich Business School with the MBA Program Advisor and a second interview partner. Applicants who cannot attend a personal interview due to unreasonable travel times will be interviewed via video conference.
The Admissions Office informs you about the outcome of the application process within 10 working days. In case of acceptance, Munich Business School will provide you with an acceptance letter as well as two copies of your study contract. One copy needs to be signed and returned within two weeks to secure your spot in the program. The other copy needs to be kept for your own records.
The acceptance to the study program requires an enrollment fee of € 690 (EU/EFTA) respectively € 1,490 (non-EU) and deposit of € 1,000 due upon signing the study contract. The deposit will be deducted from your first tuition fee installment.
Tuition & Financing
The tuition fee is payable in four semester installments or 24 monthly installments. The first rate is due upon the beginning of your studies and can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
Books, travel costs, and accommodation are not included in the overall tuition fee.
Application Processing Fee: € 60
The non-refundable processing fee is due upon application and is paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
One-time Enrollment Fee: € 690 (EU/EFTA), respectively € 1,490 (non-EU)

Munich Business School offers a limited number of various partial scholarships to outstanding MBA applicants. Selection criteria comprise several achievements and character traits, depending on the respective scholarship.
Munich Business School offers a limited number of partial scholarships between 5 and 25 % of the program fee to outstanding MBA applicants. Selection criteria comprise several achievements and character traits. To apply for a scholarship please hand in a personal statement together with the application for the MBA program. Please notice: An early application is recommended due to the limited number of scholarships.

If you are registered as a taxpayer in Germany and studying part-time, you may get a tax refund of up to 30 % of your tuition fees. Please check out the website of the German Federal Ministry of Finance for the latest information on taxes.
